Cruise Ship Passengers do not need a visa regardless of nationality provided they do not stay overnight in Antigua and Barbuda.
Passengers in transit do not require a visa provided that they show proof of their onward journey.
If you hold a Green Card or H-1 visa for the United States, you can apply for an Antigua and Barbuda visa with a 2 day processing time for an additional $20 fee.
